Keeping your people organized is important. With our events calendar everyone will know what is going on at all times. Add event information like date/time, location, contact, URL and description.
Once you have created an event, you can invite people to it. Let them know they need to be there. Just select names from your performer/student/staff lists and add them to the event. An email message will automatically be sent to them letting them know they are invited.
You can ask people to RSVP for your events so you know who will be there and who won't. Your invitees RSVP within Aria and you have complete and up-to-date lists of your attendees. If they are coming from a distance, you can even ask them to submit their travel details in Aria.
