Inventory Management
Inventory management is easy
Create asset types (i.e., trumpet), define individual assets (Kanstul 1500 Series), then record who has it, when they got it and what condition it is in.
You can store information on any type of asset you want - instruments, uniforms, costumes, props, vehicles and more.

Define inventory items
Instruments, uniforms, costumes, props, vehicles and everything else. If it is an inventory item you want to track, you can manage it in CorpsData. Define the asset type, the specific asset, reference number (serial number) and add notes about the item.
Assign items to people
Once you have defined types of assets and created individual items, you can start assigning them to people. Record to whom and when it was assigned as well as the condition of the item and then record when it is returned and the condition at that time.
Track complete history of inventory
Because all history associated with an inventory item can be tracked, you have a complete picture of all of your assets: purchase date, who had it when, the condition it is in now and when it is retired.
