Define management relationships
You define who approves requests for whom. Then when an employee makes a leave request or submits a time or expense report email notifications are sent to the approver for their action. The approver is also notified of pending actions when they log into Forté.
Track evaluations, benefit programs and beneficiaries as well
You can define benefit programs and list beneficiaries as well as schedule and store employee evaluations in Forté. Once you have added an employee evaluation to the system, the employee, their manager and system administrators (all defined by you) have access to the evaluation.
